Course Description
The training course aims
to enable the trainee to establish a project within the Primavera environment,
and the ability to develop a preliminary plan for the project according to its
contractual period, with the possibility of allocating resources and
distributing them to activities, modifying the initial plan according to the
project’s data, and saving and printing the project.
